The
AVCC Board of Directors is traditionally comprised of 15 members - 8 Canadians
and 7 Americans. The President's position, which normally alternates between a
Canadian and American member, is a 2-year term; directors can serve 3 year terms
up to a maximum of 3 terms. Members are either appointed or nominated by a
nominating committee and election for directors, when necessary, occurs annually
at the Annual General Meeting each November.
The AVCC board holds monthly meetings on the third Monday of each month, April -
October.
